The product quality is excellent, delivery is prompt and service is friendly and professional. However, 3.5 g shroom orders tended to be light (more like 2.5 or 2.75 g). When I called, they readily fixed the problem by sending out the difference and more. I appreciate their willingness to make things right but I’d just as soon not have to double-check orders for correct weight. I’ll keep buying from them and really hope they address the weight problem.
